These terms are an agreement between you and Viaan Enterprises, a business registered in India at H. No. 36-A, Qutub Vihar II, Near Mandir, South West Delhi, Delhi 110043, India, GSTIN 07EGWPS8780R2ZM, which operates ExpressIndexing.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ExpressIndexing (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

ExpressIndexing provides tools to submit URLs for search-engine indexing and to track submission status. We do not control search engines and cannot guarantee that any URL will be crawled, indexed, or ranked. The Service facilitates submission only.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits & billing

The Service operates on a credit model where one credit corresponds to one URL submitted. Plan credits, renewals, and one-time top-ups are described on the Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable.

• Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Plan credits may reset at each billing cycle; top-up credits do not expire monthly.
• You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You may only submit URLs to content that you own or are authorized to promote, and that is lawful in India, in your country, and in the country where it is hosted. The following are strictly prohibited. You may not submit, or attempt to submit, any URL that points to or facilitates:

• Phishing and fraud — pages that impersonate a bank, payment provider, government body, company or person; fake login, payment or “verify your account” pages; scams, advance-fee fraud, fake giveaways or investment schemes.
• Pornography and sexual content — pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind, escort or adult-service listings, and any sexual content involving minors (which we report to law enforcement).
• Illegal activities — sale of drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or stolen data; hacking tools, malware, spyware or ransomware; gambling where unlicensed; content that promotes terrorism, violence, hate or harassment; and anything that violates the laws of India or of the jurisdiction where the content is hosted or accessed.
• Deceptive or harmful SEO — doorway pages, cloaked content, auto-generated spam, hacked or injected pages, copyright-infringing or pirated content, and anything that violates Google’s spam policies.

You may also not attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service, circumvent credit limits or rate limits, scrape the Service, or resell access without written authorization.

Enforcement. We review submitted URLs, both automatically and manually. If we find that your account has submitted prohibited content, we will terminate your account immediately and without prior notice. All remaining credits are forfeited and are not refundable, pending submissions are cancelled, and we may block you from creating new accounts. Where the law requires or permits, we may report the activity and the details we hold to the relevant authorities. We may also suspend an account temporarily while we investigate a suspected violation. Our decision on what constitutes prohibited content is final.

6. API use

API access is subject to the rate limits associated with your plan. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access for abuse or excessive load. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Maintenance, third-party dependencies, or factors beyond our control may affect availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpressIndexing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or indexing outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Violation of Section 5 (prohibited content) results in immediate termination without notice and without refund, as described above. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive termination by their nature.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
