Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be reviewed for Express Indexing credit purchases and services.
Refund Eligibility
Express Indexing provides digital credits for URL submission and indexing support. Refunds may be reviewed only under limited circumstances, including:
- Service failure caused by a technical issue on our end
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- Payment completed but credits were not added due to a system issue
- Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase where credits are completely unused
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have already been used for URL submissions
- Services completed successfully as described
- Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
- Dissatisfaction with Google, search engine indexing, ranking, traffic, or visibility results
- Credits purchased but not used due to user inactivity or account cancellation
Important Indexing Disclaimer
Express Indexing provides URL submission and indexing support, but we do not control Google or any search engine. Search engines decide whether, when, and how a URL is crawled, indexed, ranked, or displayed. Refunds are not provided solely because a URL was not indexed or did not receive ranking improvement.
Refund Process
To request a refund review:
- Contact our support team on Telegram: @expressindexing
- Provide your transaction ID, registered account email, plan purchased, and reason for refund
- Allow 3–5 business days for review
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on Razorpay, bank, and payment method timelines
Cancellation Policy
You may stop using your account at any time. If your account is cancelled or deactivated:
- Access to your dashboard may be restricted or removed
- Unused credits may be forfeited
- No refund will be provided for unused credits unless specifically approved by Express Indexing
- Account data may be deleted or retained according to our operational and legal requirements
Payment Disputes
For payment disputes, you may also contact Razorpay support. We will work with you and Razorpay where required to review and resolve payment-related issues.
Abuse and Policy Violations
Refunds will not be provided if an account is suspended or terminated for abuse, spam, malicious submissions, policy violations, fraud, chargeback misuse, or attempts to exploit the platform.
